You realize that you get to Harvest Temple after doing Unwaking Waters, not the other way around. If you want to get to the other UW you have to do the mission otherwise the gate is closed.

What do you mean do the mission. I've already done it and then you go to kaineng to do the last 2 missions. I need to get through to the kurzick territory so I can cap aura of displacement however I can't since I'm luxon... I havent found another way in and the arborstone area doesnt lead anywhere I need.

To get to the kurzik side you will have to do all the kurzik missions. Even though you've done the luxon side of unwaking, the gate will be close into the kurzik side until you get there normally.

I tried getting into the luxon side after doing it on the kurzik and the gate was closed. You have to both both Into the Whirlpool quests.

Actually, I went with a guildie from Unwaking waters up to the Luxon 15k town, without me doing Gyala Hatchery. All you have to have done is gotten 10k Luxon Faction (if Kurzick) and done Befriending the Luxons and you can go through Unwaking Waters Explorable and up through that area.
